Colorado Artfest at Castle Rock
Celebrating 34 Years of Visual Inspiration
Castle Rock, conveniently located between Denver and Colorado Springs off Interstate 25, is beloved by locals and visitors alike, all of whom flock to the area to experience its numerous cultural events, outdoor attractions, and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. From the Town’s namesake; Rock Park, to the historic downtown, to the many unique and family-owned restaurants, there is something for every history, theater, art, and food buff.
The weekend after Labor Day, the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce hosts a juried fine arts show with artists from across the country. Historic downtown Castle Rock provides the perfect canvas for the Annual Colorado Artfest, which has become a summertime tradition for residents and art enthusiasts alike.
This two-day event is held in downtown Castle Rock at Festival Park. Delight in the artistic impressions of more than 100 Artists from across the country. Continual live main-stage entertainment, featuring popular musicians, will provide a complimentary backdrop to this year’s program. Admission is free to this 2-day event. Patrons, pre-register to be entered into a drawing to win prizes!

This esteemed community art festival continues to highlight the talents of more than 170 exhibitors displaying a wide range of works from life-size sculptures to photography and jewelry. There’s a multitude of opportunities to appreciate – and purchase – art during this weekend of visual inspiration. Enjoy continual live main-stage entertainment, featuring popular musicians, that provides a complimentary backdrop to this year’s program along with strolling entertainers, the Artfest Store; and a silent auction.
