Boss Lady’s non-traditional pizza combines comfort food with CU’s favorite food group… Coffee Pizza!
We are big fans of the BLP (Boss Lady Pizza) that has steak, massive amounts of cheese, BBQ sauce, crispy onions, bacon, and who knows what else.. it’s aMAZing! Other favorites are the waffles and chicken pizza, The MAC (mac & cheese), The Buff with Buffalo Chicken of course, and the 420 chocolate mint pizza. They always have the Smore’s Dessert pizza as well as holiday and weekly specials that are weird, wacky, and wonderful.
We got to go behind the scenes at Boss Lady Pizza and watch a master pizza artist in process. Then we ATE IT! YUM! Notice the Food Dude photobombing the pizza.
