Buddy Center
The Dumb Friends League has two shelters for homeless pets – the main Quebec Street shelter and administrative offices in Denver, and the Buddy Center shelter in Castle Rock. These full-service shelters offer adoptions, pet intake, lost and found services, behavior and humane education classes for the public.

Cat and dog adoption fees include:
- spay/neuter surgery
- initial vaccinations
- a microchip identification implant.
