Kneaders Bakery and Café officially announced today it will be entering the Metro Denver market with an initial store in Parker’s rapidly-growing Mainstreet market and two other Metro area stores already planned for 2015.
New Bakery, Soup, Salad and Sandwich shop opening in Parker
Opening FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2014
If you have wondered what in the world they are building in the Hobby Lobby parking lot, now you now. We are very excited about having a place to go and have a nice salad, the selection in Parker is very limited. If any of you have been to one in Utah please share your experiences.
“We are using our strong presence in Utah as the springboard for future growth and we are very excited about the opportunity we see here in Denver,” said Kneaders Area Developer Andrew K. Smith while speaking at the Colorado Real Estate Journal’s Retail & Restaurant Conference.
Asked about Kneader’s rapid growth and highly-publicized success Smith said, “When you have a good product and you add service, things will work great.”
Parker Economic Development Director John Hall commented on the continued expansion of Mainstreet offerings, “Our discussions with Kneader’s began last spring at the annual shopping center conference in Las Vegas and it was clear the demographics of our community were a natural fit for the Kneader’s expansion plan. We are very excited to be their initial site in the Denver market.”
Kneader’s has been repeatedly mentioned in the national business press, as one of Inc.500’s fastest-growing businesses, and Mr. Smith was recently named as one of Utah Valley’s “Coolest Entrepreneurs.”
