Most subdivisions and neighborhoods in Parker ARE part of an association whose rules you must follow or face fines and/or legal battles. Make sure you read them before you purchase your home. For instance, Stroh Ranch doesn’t allow you to park on the street.. EVER .. without an approved variance. In Stonegate you MUST bring in your trash cans or you will be fined and you must paint your deck the color of your trim.. not white, and Stonegate isn’t in the “Town of Parker.” it is covered by Douglas County Sheriff and a different water district and some areas in Anthology have 2-3 different HOA’s you are governed by.
